products. It is the best choice to produce different orders in the
same time on the same machine, it allows for changes in the mould
during production, and can accommodate large differences in the
thickness of the two arms. By providing a patented insulation
heating chamber, it is able to reduce energy consumptions, allowing
for a cost-effective production.
It also features 3 kinds of work-arms for choice: Straight-arm, L
style offset arm or C style offset arm, each operated independently
to maximize efficiency. Additionally, it provides 3 heating methods
for choice, including natural gas, liquefied gas or diesel oil.
For safety and stability, it has an interlock function and
real-time temperature monitoring system, and is capable of storing
process formulas, enabling convenient production management. It
also comes with a fully automatic Siemens PLC with a multiple touch
screen control, as well as an auto-inspection breakdown feature,
which makes maintenance and repair simpler. Moreover, it provides a
remote fault diagnosis, suitable for various products like kayaks,
boats, troughs, calf barns, and septic tanks.

The oven adopted by this equipment has a circular structure, which
makes the space utilization rate higher than ever. Moreover, it is
more energy-saving as it is fabricated into 4 or 5 and 6 pieces of
assembly. Besides, compared to other heating methods, the oven
adopts the principle of hot gas going up, so it can heat faster to
achieve higher efficiency, and in terms of energy conservation, it
outperforms many other types.

control system is Siemens S7-1200 which keeps data collecting
problems minimal due to its network cable communication method,
